"They were just faster than I could go, to be honest with you." Nicky Hayden on finishing fifth behind Rossi, Biaggi, Gibernau, and Barros at the MotoGP opener in South Africa/Cycle News

Ok I got to Meet! yes Meet my favorite Motorcycle racer Nicky Hayden!!!!!!!! It was August 2004 during his summer break between races. Other than the day that I finally met Scott Sherman after talking to him for 5 months, it was the greatest day of my life! This day although I was shy(yes me shy) and couldn't say much except "Can you sign this?" was awesome!!!!! The pictures not too great, but it was August in Kentucky and if anyone knows August is the hottest month in Kentucky!

For anyone who doesn't know about Nicky Hayden or his two racing brothers Tommy and Roger Lee, they are from and live in Owensboro, Ky. Yes, my Owensboro Ky. Nicky and Tommy live, well they live close enough that I know where it's at, but I don't want anyone to think I'm stalking them. There are 72 days until the first race in Jerez Spain!
 Check Nickys Website out!
There's also a great Nicky forum that I am addicted too!

There is lots of info on all the Haydens at nickyhayden.tk

Taking a break BEFORE work

What a job!

Knowing that I was going to have a hard day looking at the computer and credit deals all day and also being a Sunday and slow, I had to take the Kan-o-tuna out for some love. I hate the Kan-o-tuna, but at that moment steam had to be released and it was the only bike available. Besides it's bloody heavy and I have no leg muscle to back it up!!! So on a cold December day I donned what gear I have and headed off for a 30 minute of so ride. Yea my fingers were numb by the time I got back but it was all worth it!
